To maintain these high standards and keep up to date with new regulations we employ the services of HCS an independent H&S consultancy to advise and carry out the following:
- Site Inspections
- Toolbox talks
- Training Courses
- Audits
- H&S annual review
All KAMM supervisors hold Gold CSCS cards or above and regularly attend site supervisor refresher courses.
KAMM operatives hold CSCS and CPCS cards to demonstrate their level of training and competency.
All operatives also attend a bi-annual Health and Safety Awareness course.
