Role: Customer Care Assessor

Summary of the position: Inspect, assess & report, upon possible customer care defects (to include completing of minor issues whilst on site, if possible)  reporting back to the customer care manager with findings. Contribute to the Customer Care Team by providing great customer service to all our customers, clients etc, ensuring all reported complaints, inspections, repairs are completed in a timely and professional manner, and to a very high standard.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a talented Customer Care Assessor to join our team based at our Head Office in Ringwood, Hampshire

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out inspection, assessment & subsequent close out reports, for client reported groundworks defects (customer care)
  • Work with the Customer Care Manager to ensure all appointments are attended punctually and in a professional manner
  • Keep accurate records, reports, photographs etc of all issues attended
  • Ensure NHBC, Health and Safety, PPE, RAMS and customer care SLAs are adhered to
  • Work closely with our site teams and provide support / guidance where required
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; working with, and as part of our overall team, clients, customers, sub-contractors, together with their respective teams, to inspect, report upon, resolve and where possible rectify customer care complaints / issues.
  • Ensure company vehicle is kept clean, presentable and road worthy (any issues are reported for prompt repair)

This role would suit an experienced professional who is looking to start 5 days week and then take on a slightly lighter workload to work 3-4 days a week, with the opportunity to build a team around them over time.

Essential Skills, Competence and Training:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • UK Right to work
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Minimum of 20 years groundwork experience
  • General IT skills
  • An understanding of construction drawings
  • Knowledge of NHBC regulations

Desired (but not essential):

  • First Aid
  • Street Works (Inspector or operatives)
  • Experience with CCTV surveys
